We Are Hiring An Optician
We are looking to expand our team! In this optician position, it will have a customer service focused environment. The position is responsible for all duties associated with fitting, adjusting, dispensing and billing eyeglasses and contact lenses with patients.
Education and Experience:1. High school diploma or equivalent required.2. ABOC preferred but not required – Willing to train.3. Retail optical sales experience preferred including knowledge of prescriptions, prisms, etc.4. Knowing and experience with CompuLink Advantage EHR, optical insurance billing and coding, and Microsoft office series of products.5. Familiar with HIPAA Compliance in a medical environment.
Hours:
• Flexible: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm Occasional Saturdays 8:30-1 PM,• Staff retreats and employee improvement/education functions as required
